Tonight will be a short post, just a little anecdote really...
When we want Zman to eat or get ready for bed or put something away we remind him that if he does what we are asking it will be just like when little critter does these things. We have done it often enough that if we ask him to do anything that vaguely resembles what little critter does in one of the stories his big blue eyes light up and he asks in an excited voice,"just like little critter?" It's adorable, and it can be hard to keep a serious face when we respond "just like little critter." It's made harder by how he pronounces critter (crid-der).
